The Americas Food and Beverage Awards Committee, chaired by The Miami Herald's "The Supermarket Sleuth – Gigi Lehman", consist of leading food and beverage experts, and are appointed as the Judging Panel representatives of restaurants, media, supermarket chains, catering, grocery stores and gourmet stores to select the winners of the competition.
The Awards presentation takes place on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008 at the Awards Ceremony Cocktail Reception inside of Hotel Ganesvoort South located in Miami Beach, FL.
